This agreement on the use of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) applies to the company Nechaeva PMU Inc (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) and to the clients of these companies (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
By ordering services from the Contractor on the website
qrdid.com, you confirm that you have read the Agreement and agree with its terms, and you express your consent to provide the Contractor and/or the Contractor’s authorized representatives with your personal data. If you do not agree with one or more points of the Agreement or do not agree to provide your personal data to the Contractor and/or the Contractor’s authorized representatives, please refrain from using the Contractor’s services.
Personal data collected, stored, and processed by the Contractor
1.1. In order to fully provide services to the Customer, the Contractor collects, stores, and processes the Customer’s personal data.
1.2. The personal data that the Contractor collects, stores, and processes includes:
1.2.1. Name, email address, phone number (including mobile);
1.2.2. Data that is automatically transmitted over the network from the Customer’s device: IP address, information from cookies, information about the browser or other program used by the Customer to access the network and the specific site, date and time of access, address of the requested page.
Purposes for which the Contractor uses the Customer’s personal data
2.1. Under this Agreement, the Customer’s personal data may be used for the following purposes:
а. To provide the Customer with information about the equipment, services, and services used by the Customer, as well as to provide information about products and services that, in the Contractor’s opinion, may be of interest to the Customer;
b. For conducting surveys and marketing, statistical, and other research;
c. For delivering ordered/agreed goods and providing other services to the Customer;
d. To inform the Customer about new services or products from the Contractor and/or the Contractor’s partners. The Customer may be informed through various means of communication, including but not limited to: postal mail, email, phone (including mobile phone), fax, the internet;
e. To protect the interests of the Contractor. For other legitimate purposes aimed at improving the quality of services and products provided by the Contractor.
Provision of the Customer’s personal data to third parties
3.1. Except as provided by law and this Agreement, the Contractor undertakes not to sell, lease, exchange, or otherwise transfer the Customer’s personal data to third parties without the Customer’s explicit consent.
3.2. The Contractor has the right to provide the Customer’s personal data to third parties if:
3.2.1. The Customer has given their explicit consent to the transfer of their personal data to third parties.
3.2.2. The transfer of the Customer’s personal data is necessary for the provision of services to the Customer and/or for processing the Customer’s personal data. In cases where the Contractor transfers the Customer’s personal data to third parties, the Contractor requires third parties to maintain the confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data.
3.2.3. The transfer, use, or disclosure of such information is necessary for:
a. Compliance with any applicable laws and regulations;
b. Resolving and/or eliminating arising technical problems;
c. Protecting the interests of the Contractor.
3.3. In the event that the Contractor carries out a full or partial sale or other transfer of its assets, all obligations to maintain the confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data specified in this Agreement will be transferred to the asset recipient.
Protection of the Customer’s personal data
4.1. The Contractor takes all necessary measures to protect the Customer’s personal data. However, the Customer bears full responsibility for ensuring the security of the devices through which the Customer accesses the internet and the information stored on these devices.
4.2. The Customer confirms and agrees that they are personally responsible for:
4.2.1. Ensuring the security of the device (personal computer, mobile device, etc.) through which the Customer accesses the internet;
4.2.2. Storing information: passwords, account information, etc.
Customer’s consent to voluntarily provide personal data to the Contractor
5.1. By ordering services from the Contractor on the website
qrdid.com, the Customer explicitly expresses their consent to provide the Contractor and the Contractor’s authorized representatives with their personal data for storage, subsequent processing, and use of this data.
5.2. The Customer may send the Contractor a notice of termination of the Agreement via registered mail with a list of enclosed documents or deliver the notice personally against signature to the authorized representative of the Contractor.
